Begin your journey with clarity. Through our guided questionnaire and discovery process, we help you articulate your lifestyle goals, investment interests, timeline, and constraints.

 

This step is designed to help you understand what’s possible and decide whether deeper planning makes sense — with no cost or obligation.
 

Outcome: Clear priorities and an initial sense of direction.

Step 2:

A (Assess)

Evaluate feasibility and realistic pathways.

We analyze your unique situation — lifestyle preferences, financial profile, visa considerations, and investment objectives. You receive a personalized Feasibility & Options Report outlining realistic scenarios, trade-offs, and recommended next steps.

This report is informational and can be used independently as a planning reference. Some clients choose to stop here; others use it as the foundation for deeper strategic support.

Outcome: A written report clarifying options, risks, and next steps.

Step 3: 

L (Lifestyle Abroad Plan)

Design a practical, personalized roadmap.

For clients ready to move forward, we offer a paid advisory engagement to translate feasibility into action. Together, we design a Lifestyle Abroad Plan that aligns your goals with concrete decisions — including priority regions, budget calibration, property archetypes, and a recommended scouting approach aligned with your timing and objectives..

This step focuses on strategy and planning, not transactions.

​

Outcome: A clear, actionable roadmap for scouting and decision-making.
 

Retainer Fee: Starting at $1,500. This retainer reflects completed strategic advisory work and is not contingent on a property purchase.

Step 4:

I (Invest and Integrate)

From plan to execution, with trusted local support.

 

With your plan defined, DALI supports you through on-the-ground execution, including scouting trips, curated property visits, and coordination with trusted local professionals, ensuring continuity from strategy to real-world decisions.

Step 4 services are scoped and budgeted based on your priorities, timeline, and level of on-the-ground support required. For scouting trips and property visits, clients are charged a dedicated scouting and coordination fee, designed to ensure intentional exploration and to respect the time of local professionals involved.

​

If a property purchase is completed with a collaborating real estate partner, this scouting fee will be credited against transaction-related costs.

​

Third-party professional services (legal, tax, property management, etc.) are contracted and invoiced independently. In most real estate transactions, the agency commission is typically paid by the seller and does not represent an additional cost to the buyer.

 

​​Any collaboration arrangements with local professionals are disclosed transparently and proceed only with the client’s prior approval.

​​

Outcome: Property abroad secured, whether through purchase or rental, with your transition underway and structured guidance at every stage.

Steps 1 and 2 are part of the DALI process and are designed as exploratory phases.
They are offered at no cost to prospective clients, with no upfront fees or commitments.
